Sushi + ice cream = rolled ice cream! (Minus seaweed and rice). Rolled ice cream is the newest foodie trend popping up in big cities. The owners of Maylynn's Creamery food truck got on the bandwagon and opened a brick and mortar location in March of 2018. They offer their traditional soft-serve ice cream, new hard-serve and of course...rolled-serve!

The production of rolled ice cream is mesmerizing and definitely makes the experience. Never have I ever seen ice cream made instantly before my eyes. You'll notice that this particular menu item is rather pricey ($7.00 for a cup), but that's because each order must be handmade, which takes several minutes. The ice cream rollers must be jacked. Would I ever spend $7.00 on ice cream on a regular basis? Of course not. But is seeing the process totally fun and worth it once in a while? You bet.
