I've passed the "Carly and Company" sign tens of times driving down Forest Road. It had cute lettering, you know, the bouncy kind that is taking over wedding invitations lately. When I finally decided to take a quick stop inside, I was met with the most adorable little store....like a Pinterest board sprouted up in front of me.

As I began gawking at all of the beautiful pieces, a woman at a desk asked me if I had an appointment. Ummmm? When I asked what kind of appointment she was referring to, and she chuckled as if she had heard that question tons of times. She went on to explain that before the opticians opened their eye office, they dabbled in managing their own gift shop. So when they moved to Lynchburg, they decided to combine the two into one boutique + eye care space. I love capitalism.

Carly & Company is the ideal place for picking up unique and charming gifts. They literally sell everything under the sun—from Magnolia Home-esque signage, to cocktail-scented candles, to printed napkins, to hip rompers and boho shirts. I have my eye on these cute nestling whale measuring cups. Can you really find this anywhere else?!

So make a stop at Carly and Company, whether to buy or just gawk. Or to get some new glasses....that, too!
